Words of Support and Encouragement: Rochester Circle of Hope Support Group
Posted by: Editor on Aug 26, 2013 in News

sunflowerGood morning!  We hope that you had a great weekend.  This week at our Rochester Circle of Hope Support Group, Wednesday, Aug. 28th, 5:30-6:30pm, we will focus on the theme of Finding More Ease in Transitions. Summer is ending and autumn is right around the corner. We are in a seasonal transition and for some people this can be a mirror of our inner transitions. We may be transitioning out of one fertility treatment protocol into another. Some of us are transitioning from one belief about how parenthood should be and into another

belief. We may be going through transitions in relationships. All of these transitions can effect our daily lives and this month we will focus on tools for easing through them.
If you have the opportunity before Wednesday’s support group, prepare by thinking of some form of transition that you may be struggling with. We will talk through several examples. Usually acceptance, letting go, and connecting inward can create the foundation for a successful transition, so we will make time to go over how to do this.
We will gather in the CNY Healing Arts Lobby and Emily Horowitz, Licensed Mental Health Counselor, will facilitate this support offering. No fee to attend. Please RSVP 585.244.1280 ext. 2.

Finally, did you know that we started a new Closed Facebook Support Group?  Here, you can find a safe and secure space to share with other women and men facing similar challenges.  You can get immediate support and feedback!  We also now have a Closed Facebook Pregnancy Support Group.

For our support opportunities, both in-office and virtual, please check our CNY Fertility and CNY Healing Arts calendars.

If you have any questions about the support available, please feel free to contact us at any time.  We hope to see you this week!
