February 2013 Meditation for Fertility Recording: Releasing Attachment
Posted by: Editor on Mar 26, 2013 in News

CNY Fertility Center's Fertility MeditationsWhile on the road to your most fertile self, it can be easy to direct energy and attachment towards negative aspects of the journey.  Placing the majority of your focus on stress and worry can inhibit your ability to open yourself up to new ways of enhancing your fertility through peace and wellness.  This meditation will walk you through redirecting your attachment to the child that you are trying to conceive, rather than the challenging journey.

Below is a recording from our Meditation for Fertility Webinar in February. Our next live webinar will take place on this Thursday, March 28th, 7:00-7:30pm. Visit this link to register to join Lisa Stack, CNY Fertility Support Coordinator.
